Smart Input (NLP)

When typing a task, use special characters to auto-fill details:

  • #BuildName -> Assigns to a Project.
  • @Zone -> Assigns a Context.
  • !high -> Sets Energy level.
  • tomorrow, next friday, in 2 hours -> Sets Due Date (requires server connection).
  • 30m, 1h -> Sets Estimated Time.

Offline Mode

Aanlê works offline. If you lose connection:

  1. An “Offline Mode” banner appears.
  2. You can continue creating, editing, and completing tasks.
  3. Changes are queued and will automatically sync when the connection is restored.

Task Links & Dependencies

In the Blueprint modal, you can link tasks together:

  • Blocks: This task must be done before another.
  • Blocked By: This task waits for another.
  • Related To: General reference.

Checklists

Add sub-items to a task within the Blueprint modal for simple step-by-step tracking without creating a full Project.
